In connection with the registration and participation in "Thrive through the Holidays", ("the Event"), Mold Your Life, LLC, ("Organizers") may collect personal information from Attendees, including but not limited to their name, email address, and other contact details ("Personal Information"). By registering for the Event, Attendees consent to the collection, use, and processing of their Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. Use of Personal Information
The Personal Information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Event, including but not limited to sending Attendees information about the Event, event-related updates, follow-up materials, and future event invitations. Personal Information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except as necessary to conduct the Event or as required by law.
3. Data Protection and Security
The Organizers are committed to protecting the privacy and security of Attendees’ Personal Information. Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards will be implemented to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, the Organizers cannot guarantee absolute security, and Attendees acknowledge that participation in the Event is at their own risk.
4. Third-Party Processors
In the course of administering the Event, the Organizers may use third-party service providers ("Processors") to assist with event-related tasks, such as registration, communications, or hosting the Event. These Processors may have access to Attendees’ Personal Information solely for the purpose of performing their services on behalf of the Organizers and are contractually obligated to protect Attendees' Personal Information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
5. International Data Transfers
The Personal Information of Attendees, particularly those located outside of Canada and the United States, may be transferred to and processed in countries that may not have the same level of data protection as their home country. By participating in the Event, Attendees consent to such transfers and acknowledge that their Personal Information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is processed.

The Event platform may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect data about Attendees' use of the Event website or platform. These technologies may be used to enhance the user experience, track event participation, or for analytics purposes. 7. Retention of Personal Information
The Organizers will retain Attendees’ Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Once the retention period has expired, Personal Information will be securely deleted or anonymized.
8. Rights of Attendees
Attendees have the right to access, correct, update, or delete their Personal Information, as well as the right to object to or restrict certain types of processing. 9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Organizers reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to Attendees through the Event website or via email. Continued participation in the Event after the effective date of such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
