The Organizers and Panelists are not responsible for any decisions or actions taken by Attendees based on the information presented during the Event. The information shared should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment.

4. Panelist Opinions and Independence

The opinions, statements, and methodologies expressed by Panelists are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views, opinions, or policies of the Organizers. The Organizers do not endorse any specific opinion, method, or treatment. Attendees are encouraged to conduct their own research and exercise due diligence before relying on any information provided by Panelists.

5. Attendee Responsibility

Attendees are solely responsible for their own personal decisions, actions, and well-being. Participation in the Event is at the Attendees’ own risk. Attendees acknowledge that the Organizers and Panelists are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Event or the use of information provided during the Event.

6. No Guarantees or Warranties

The Organizers make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the content or outcomes of the Event. Attendees understand that all information is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizers, their employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to physical, mental, emotional, or financial harm, resulting from Attendees’ participation in the Event or reliance on information shared during the Event.

8. Indemnification

9 . Recording and Redistribution of Content

The Event may be recorded, and by attending, Attendees consent to the recording of their participation, including any audio, video, or written input they may provide. The Organizers reserve the right to use, distribute, and display the recordings for educational, promotional, or other lawful purposes. Attendees shall not be entitled to any compensation for such use.

10. Changes to Terms
